Why this exists
Most “free” online PDF sites upload your document, enforce daily limits, or push a subscription wall. ReallyFreePDF takes a different approach: merge, split, and compress run locally with open web technologies (JavaScript, Web Workers, WebAssembly). Hosting is static CDN delivery — there is no document-processing backend for your PDFs.
What you can do today
- Merge PDF — combine multiple PDFs into one.
- Split PDF — extract a page range or export every page (ZIP).
- Compress PDF — lossless optimize or lossy downsample for large scans.
How to verify “no upload”
- Open a tool page (Merge, Split, or Compress).
- Open DevTools → Network (Chrome / Edge / Firefox).
- Choose a PDF and run the tool.
- Confirm that your PDF file is not posted to our servers — you may still see normal loads of page scripts and WASM engines from the CDN.
